What is your shipping policy for delicate vintages?
We provide climate-controlled shipping options and may hold shipments during extreme heat or cold waves to preserve the integrity and flavor profile of your wine.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for any shipment containing alcohol. We cannot leave packages on porches or with minors.
What should I do if a bottle arrives damaged or 'corked'?
If your wine is damaged during transit or exhibits 'cork taint,' please contact our support team within 14 days for a full refund or a replacement bottle.
Do you offer discounts on bulk or case orders?
Absolutely. We offer a 10% discount on all orders of 12 bottles or more. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Can I track the temperature of my shipment?
For premium cellar selections, we offer specialized tracking that includes transit temperature alerts to guarantee the wine has been stored correctly throughout its journey.
