Each batch takes three days, producing a truly authentic texture and flavour. For these chips, the amaranth is sourced from a small heritage farmer located in Milpa Alta, which overlooks Lake Texcoco.
Chilli & Lime 170g - White corn tortilla chips with Ancho Chilli and Zesty Lime. We use the ancient Aztec cooking method known as nixtamalisation. Each batch takes three days, producing a truly authentic texture and flavour. We source our Ancho Chilli from a heritage farmer in Puebla, who we’re proud to partner with.
Lightly Salted 170g - White corn tortilla chips with Celestún Salt. We use the ancient Aztec cooking method known as nixtamalisation. Each batch takes three days, producing a truly authentic texture and flavour. For these chips, we source our salt from a social enterprise in Yucatán.
