Our flagship, classic London Dry gin. Mary Rose is hand-crafted using carefully selected organic botanicals, sourced from local suppliers to create an unforgettable drinking experience.

 Our gin is distilled using an organic, British wheat grain spirit. This produces a smooth, rich flavour and allows for more of the delicate essential oils and flavours to excite the senses. We add Pink Grapefruit peels to develop fresh citrus notes that excite the palette, as well as Rosemary for a soft, subtle finish that warms the senses.

 Best served over ice, with premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a sprig of rosemary, and a slice of pink grapefruit. It also makes a great Martini or Negroni.
