A pale straw, with a slight golden hue derived from the chardonnay with notes of white peach and pineapple emerge in harmony with subtle notes of bread and brioche.  Fruity and accessible, this wine’s refinement, accuracy and long finish in the mouth are the distinguishing features on the palate.  Pairs well with antipasti or seafood, try a scallop carpaccio dressed with olive oil, lime juice, honey and chopped basil with a light avocado salad.  With a main try a meat dish with notes of fruit or try roast chicken with lemon and herbs, or grilled pork loin with a sauce of apples, sage and cream.

The chardonnay and pinot noir for this sparkling wine are grown in Mendoza, at the foothills of the Andes. The altitude and contrast of warm days and cool nights help the grapes to develop ripe, fruity aromas while maintaining balanced acidity. Traditional methods are followed during the blending, fermentation and maturation, resulting in this elegant, authentic wine.
